Korean food is: Very colorful. Raw. Cabbage. Sea grass. Ginseng. Lots and lots of fresh veggies and herbs. Spicy. Sushi with ham. Onions. Rice. More raw meet. Miso tasting soups. And: all about giving your body the best of nutrients to feel good and be healthy. We need to adapt more of this at home.
